Terrace Mist is a primary bathroom renovation that prioritized spa-level calm within a compact footprint. A double vanity with custom cabinetry and honed stone countertops anchors one wall, balanced by a full-height framed mirror with integrated lighting. Coordinated tile work in the shower and niche areas ties the space together without feeling busy.

The color palette — soft grays, warm whites, and brushed nickel hardware — was chosen to recede and let the materiality of the stone and tile carry the room. An oversized walk-in shower with a recessed niche and frameless glass enclosure completes the renovation.
